Why we use it

We use your information to prepare and manage your journey, answer enquiries, meet legal obligations and improve the service with consent-aware analytics. Marketing consent is separate from saving a trip.

Analytics and cookies

Behavioural analytics (page views, clicks, scroll depth and coarse journey steps) run only after you accept optional cookies via the cookie banner. We never store your raw IP address in analytics, and analytics events never include names, contact details, travel dates, budgets or accessibility, health and dietary notes. You can withdraw consent at any time from the Cookie settings, which stops tracking and deletes stored analytics identifiers.
