What does door-to-door travel actually include?
We plan the complete journey from your UK home: private airport transfers, appropriate flights, your Romanian pickup and private transport, accommodation, itinerary and experiences, followed by the return journey to your front door. Your formal quote confirms the exact inclusions for your trip.
Is Origin Passage a group tour?
No. Your journey is built for your own couple, family or small group. We can use one of our package ideas as a starting point, but the route, pace, stays and experiences are shaped around you.
Are the prices live and guaranteed?
Prices shown while you explore are indicative estimates. Flights and accommodation can change, so a British Concierge reviews availability and sends a time-limited formal quote before you pay a deposit.
Can I speak to a person instead of using the trip builder?
Absolutely. The British Concierge is part of the service, not an escalation route. Tell us what kind of holiday you want and we can build it with you from the beginning.
Can we travel with children or as a small group?
Yes. We design for couples, families and small private groups, with suitable room arrangements, vehicles, child-seat requests, pacing and age-appropriate activities. Larger or more complex groups are handled directly by the Concierge.
What happens if our flight changes?
Because Origin Passage coordinates the complete journey, our operations team can adjust the connected pickup and destination arrangements. The exact assistance and contact arrangements are confirmed in your booking documents.
